Description
Up for sale is a stunning collection of Pink Ivory veneer. There is absolutely nothing like this for sale anywhere and the chances of seeing this level of Pink Ivory again is just about nill. There are a total of approximately 177 panels ranging in size from about 10" in width to 6" in width, for a total square foot count of approximately 500' to 550'. They are roughly 5' in length. As you can see from the photos there is a curve to the panels so you would probably get about 7" in width out of the widest panels if you were to clip the full length, and less according as the panels get to the top of the log. Most of the panels are clean with about a sixth of them having some dry rot in the center. The photos I have posted show the progression of the veneer as you move through the log. The color is a very deep, gorgeous, reddish pink. I bought this veneer from Certainly Wood in April of 1990 and it has been boxed and wrapped in plastic ever since. If you would like additional photos or information just let me know. I am asking $10,000 but I really do not know what it will go for. If you would like to e-mail me an offer I will consider it. I will not break up the footage. The freight charges will be exactly what it cost me. I also have up for sale approximately 34 board feet of matching lumber. If you buy both you would be set for most any stunning project.
