It is processed entirely by hand on the farm by my friend Sylvia. All her yarns are dyed and designed in her studio where she spends 80% of her time, the other 20% is in her pottery studio.  She is an artist extraordinaire and everything she sells is unique and one of a kind. I am offering this yarn in bulk lots. The successful buyer will have all there is of that one design and it can never be offered to anyone else. This is a top quality handspun 2ply yarn. You are buying the whole lot of 3 skeins, various sizes, of bombyx silk, kettle dyed in 3 shades of blue, plied with dark teal wool, 1116 yards, 407 grams in total. Check closely to see the kettle dyed varied tones of blue silk, plied with a dark teal wool. This is a gorgeous yarn in person and its the whole lot, one of a kind. This is a finely spun sock weight yarn.  There is a whopping 8 ounces of silk in this lot!!!  That's over 50% silk!!  You won't find that amount of silk in a yarn very often.
