Hi, You should rename this machine to, WOW, it's so easy to use, the stitch quality is wonderful and the ability to do all those large designs, fantastic. Now for the downside, only 24 hours in a day, it can't make a cup of coffee, it can't cook or clean, or do the laundry. On the few instances I have needed help, the support provided via the phone has been clear, helpful and far more than that I have been used to from other support providers. You have no idea how welcome that is. The initial demonstration was comprehensive and easily understood, your staff certainly know their stuff. I have noticed that you have now got my machine as a 15 needle, that is causing me considerable angst, as I want to add to my collection. My house unfortunately hasn't got rubber walls, so I shall have to examine what bits of useless items like kitchens and bedrooms I can rid myself of to house both machines.
