Made out of solid Red Oak with spiral cut Birch pegs that stick out nearly an inch.  The length of the pegs enable double weaving if so desired. The spiral cut helps hold the weaving material in place. This loom will take alot of weaving material because the pegs are spaced every 1/2 inch along the top or hypotenuse of the loom. The most unique aspect of this loom is it's ability to fold up as a single unit. No disassembly to this loom. Just remove one knob and fold down.  This is great for storing when not in use or transporting to another location. Sturdy metal corner brackets hold the loom together and provide pivot points for folding. Beautifully stained natural in color, hand sanded smooth with all the wood corners rounded for a soft touch.
